NOTE: The PerTronix ignitor is effectively a “GO” or “NO” system. This means that if the Ignitor has a fault, it will not operate AT ALL.

If the vehicle has an intermittent fault, at certain times or revs. This is generally an engine problem and is not the fault of the ignitor.
